Delivery Policy

Pick Up Service 

- Pick up is available during our working time 9.00am-8.00pm ( excluding weekend and public holidays ) 

- Most of the products are available for pick up, except for big items

- In case the product are still not available for pick up during the process of dispatching product from our warehouse. Please call / Whatsapp 012 691 6199 or email to [email protected] to confirm

Shipping Delivery

- Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from your purchase date. Tracking number will be available within 24 hours from dispatch.

- Delivery will normally takes 3 - 10 working days within East Malaysia

- We ship via EasyParcel for all orders at the moment.

- Delivery currently is only applicable for East Malaysia only.

- Applicable to selected items on the website only.
